curry.utility.filesys module
- curry.utility.filesys.findfiles(searchpaths, names)[source]
Searches the specified paths for a file with the given name.
- Parameters:
searchpaths – A sequence of paths to search.
names – A sequence of file names to search for.
- Returns:
A sequence containing the files found.
- curry.utility.filesys.getDebugSourceDir()[source]
Returns a directory in which the source code of dynamically-compiled functions can be placed. This is used to make the source code available to PDB when debugging.
- curry.utility.filesys.getdir(name, mkdirs=False, access=os.O_RDWR)[source]
Creates or gets a directory and ensures it has the specified access rights.
- curry.utility.filesys.newer(a, b)[source]
Indicates whether file a is newer than file b: its modification time is later. Also returns true if b does not exist.
The change time of the inode does not count. A chmod, a rename, a hard link, or the prefix patch of a package manager moves it without a change to the content, and in an order of its own. The modification time keeps the order in which the files were written, and a copy can preserve it.
